Harvi has practiced in Vancouver since his call to the Bar. He joined Quinlan Abrioux in January 2001.
His practice is focused solely in the area of civil litigation with particular expertise in personal injury claims, motor vehicle claims and professional liability claims. He also acts in a variety of general commercial and civil litigation matters.
Harvi has a broad range of experience in the B.C. Supreme Court. He has conducted numerous judge-alone and jury trials. He also has extensive experience before regulatory bodies and conducting mediations for a wide range of clients.
