He also has more than 20 years of hands-on experience in various industries internationally i.e. banking, manufacturing, construction, real estate development etc. During this tenure he got the opportunity to work for some of the most reputed corporations and on very challenging assignments. This multi-faceted experience helps him understand a Client's business better and to provide professional consulting at every stage. Guru steps into the businessman's shoes, when giving practical recommendations.
Guru is a Chartered Accountant from the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Certified Public Accountant from the State of Illinois, USA. He is also a Certified Management Accountant & Certified Financial Manager from the Institute of Management Accountants, USA.
Prior to obtaining the above accounting designations, Guru completed his Chartered Accountancy from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and post-graduation in Law from the University of Bombay.
Guru has a passion for teaching and strongly believes that "KNOWLEDGE IS TO BE SHARED".  He is an Instructor in Accounting, Auditing & Taxation for more than 10 years and has been guiding students in obtaining their CPA designation.
