Swamiji spent many years as an ascetic in the Himalayas and has an incredible knowledge of the Vedas.Swamiji recently spent 4 years teaching meditation in Dharmsala, India and has taught yoga, meditation and given discourses all over the world, he is currently visiting Canada.It is our birthright to be in a constant state of bliss and ease. Swamiji, through discourse and teaching meditation techniques from the Hindu and Buddhist faiths, will help us to overcome the obstacles put in our way by our minds, helping us realize the true nature of our existence.
