Gurcharan (Garry) Bhaura is the President and Broker of Record of Century 21 President Realty Inc.Brokerage and President Elect at TREB Toronto Real Estate Board. Since Mr. Bhaura began his real estate career he achieved numerous academic and professional achievements.
He is a co-founder of his brokerage, Century 21 President Realty Inc., in Brampton Ontario.
Century 21 President Realty Inc. Brokerage has now become one of the most successful Century 21 real estate offices in the Peel Region, and Top 30 offices in Canada with 100+ salespersons and brokers.

Biography
I am a married father of three children. My true calling came in Real Estate when I started my Licensing courses in 1999.
Since then I have won many awards in this industry and continually strive to keep excelling and giving back to the community which has given me so much opportunity.
I began my Real Estate career in 2000 as a member of the Toronto Real Estate Board. Since then, I have had many accomplishments including the following:
