MY NAME IS GAJ SINGH
And I’ve been a full time real estate salesperson for almost a decade..
I have always had an interest in the fields of finance and accounting. So naturally, I completed my Bachelors Degree in those same fields from Ryerson University in downtown Toronto.
After graduation, I put my education to the test by working at the Royal Bank of Canada as a Fund Accountant.
My passion for numbers, finding solutions, perfecting balances, and understanding the workings and trends of the economy helped me be successful in this position and rise to every challenge.
In a lot of aspects of my position did I have to interact with clients one-on-one. This in fact came to be one of the most enjoyable aspects of my job.
Thus, I realized I would be better suited in a field where I would get to interact with people one-on-one as much as possible.
I decided to use my communication and interpersonal skills, along with my education and work experience and utilize it in the real estate industry. Real Estate to me was something I was always interested in as economic trends is something I always kept up to date with.
This is when it occurred to me to join my hobby, my experiences, my education and my passion and become a real estate agent. It truly felt like the perfect choice for my personality.
Ever since I joined the real estate industry five years ago with Century 21 Leading Edge, I have never looked back.
Since then, I have worked with countless clients spanning across the GTA and have helped many people find their dream homes.
I have been humbled and lucky enough to have received some impressive awards along the way, in testament to the quality of work and service I have provided to my clients and the Toronto Real Estate Industry.
My goal has never changed from the beginning. I want to continue helping people find their dream homes while staying within their budget.
