I'm a Yoga instructor from India, and I've got some serious skills on the mat! I've been practicing for over twenty years and have diplomas and Masters degrees in Yoga to show for it. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi, I'll tailor my classes to suit your needs. I'll focus on Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, prenatal and postnatal yoga, Yoga therapy, Shuddhi kriya (cleansing practices like Jal neti, Sutra neti, Trataka), and meditation. I take a holistic approach that helps you grow on and off the mat, creating an inclusive and supportive environment for all students.
