-Prepare and cook Indian naan breads, Tandoori Items - Chicken items, Kebob, Chicken Tikka, Tandoori Fish items. - Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations. - Work with kitchen staff and oversee the preparation, cooking and handling of food. - Inspect and clean kitchen and food service areas. - Estimate food requirements. - Able to work in fast pace environment.
