SWAD is a made-to-order meal prep service that offers customizable Punjabi and Gujarati tiffin service. Each meal is prepared fresh to your preferences and requirements, ensuring quality and zero wastage. We are currently accepting a limited number of regular clients on a first come, first served basis, so if you're interested, please lock in quick!

Our meal plan options include:

- Meal Plan 1: $125/week

- 5 curries, including chicken biryani, delivered all at once

- 1 dal of choice, 15 lachha paratha, 1 rice, 1 dessert

- Vinegared onions (achhar) included

- Meal Plan 2: $110/week

- 5 curries, including chicken biryani, delivered all at once

- 1 dal of choice, 16oz biryani, 1 rice, 1 dessert

- Vinegared onions (achhar) included

Our menu for April 29 to May 19 includes non-veg and veg/vegan options, such as butter chicken, chicken tikka masala, muglai style chicken curry, muglai style mutton curry, chicken biryani, mutton biryani, butter paneer, veg nawabi, vegan palak paneer, paneer tikka masala, channa masala, vegan rajma, vegan Gujarati style mithi dal, vegan moong curry, tofu tikka masala, butter tofu, tofu bhurji, veg biryani, dal fry, vegan sargwa dal, vegan mithi dal, and vegan moong curry.

- Standard Modus Operandi: meals are made-to-order, delivered all at once, come in high quality food grade containers that can be kept in the fridge for 3 days or freezer for 7 days and maintain great taste.

- Delivery/Pick-up Charges: Free for pickup near Sherborne Station, free delivery anywhere in Downtown Toronto, $8 for North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke, $15 for Burbs (Mississauga, Vaughn, Richmond Hill, Peel).

- Special Dietary Needs: Once you place an order, we'll ask about all your requirements, including allergies, spice levels, halal meat preferences, etc. We'll do our best to accommodate your preferences. Our strict policy is to prepare veg/vegan and non veg food separately in separate utensils.

- Can I try one day trail/minimum amount I can order: We don’t have one day trails for now, the minimum is only one week/1 meal plan.

- When can you deliver: For this cycle, we are only doing Monday deliveries, but will be doing twice a week deliveries in the near future.
