I understand from your ad, you are looking for an experienced and caring nanny-elderly companion etc. I meet all your listed requirements and believe would make a good candidate for this position. I took care of my mother who had Parkinson, diabetics and dementia for many years along with one aunt who had cancer and the other dementia. I am able to do, but are not limited to, the following:
Manage the well being of the Principals
Provide companionship and mental stimulation
Monitor any changes in health and report immediately to an appointed person
Driving and accompany to appointments
Prepare meals that are nutritious and appealing
General upkeep of the home to include light housekeeping
Table setting and service
To have a monitoring system in place for nights to alert the Caregiver should a fall or other incident occur
Keeping a logbook of days events and any unusual developments
Take Principals for shopping or events that might be of interest to them
Monitor and deliver medications if and when required
Conducting errands
Laundry and ironing as required
Always maintain confidentiality
Be prepared to sign a confidentiality agreement
Anything else that might be required from time to time
Assistance with hygiene, bathing & dressing
Facilitating daily exercise
Assisting with crossword, board games and other mentally stimulating activitie,
Meal Preparation Perform light housekeeping and cleaning, Ability to multi-task
