"Dr. Surapaneni has been my Psychiatrist for many years and I find him to be very helpful and knowledgeable. He is always ready to listen to my concerns and when I phone his office, he will either return my call the same day or the next day. His staff is exceptionally helpful, however, it is best to try to contact with them personally rather than leaving a message, as this is a VERY busy office. I generally do not have to wait too long, but my visit is pleasant and Dr. Surapaneni is amiable, as he also takes interest in your personal life and wants to know how things are going with his patients. If you can arrange to have Dr. Surapaneni as your Psychiatrist you will be very fortunate to get an appointment with him."
"I'm not sure it's quite appropriate for the patient to publicly rate a doctor of this nature due to the inherent sensitivity of each personal case. So what I can say as someone who has witnessed Dr Surapaneni working s that he is friendly, kind, and has a remarkable ability to move between patients and provide individual care. In this region we need more doctors in the general field of mental health. I personally was astounded at the amount of work he does between seeing patients at his office and doing rounds at the hospital."
