"Dr. Purewal is an amazing doctor. I had been going to a different family physician before who wouldn't even give me the time of day. Dr. Purewal is very patient and attentive to the needs of his clients, not to mention very knowledgeable as a GP. He has never once made me wait, if he is not attending other clients I am in and out of his office within 10 minutes. I cannot say I have ever had that experience with another GP in Toronto. I now go to him frequently and he is very pleasant to chat with as well."

"Our whole family has been visiting him for close to 20 years now and we have been very happy with him. Especially my father while going through heart surgery and the care he took for his recovery. Sometimes you also have to give more info and not expect him to guess everything. His staff has improved as well with an influx of younger receptionists, and the appointment system is working out better though still not spot on. We still drive across town now to visit him when needed."
"Don't listen to the other whiners. This man is a miracle worker. Not only does he have GREAT hours but he knows his patients very well. People come from allover the GTA to be his patient. I drive from Newmarket since I trust him more than other prescription-pushers."
