The husband and wife team of Dr. Anil Shetty and Amala Shetty are responsible for your dental care.
Being dentists from India, with many years of experience, they have requalified in Canada and work together to provide complete dental care for their patients.
Dr. Anil Shetty BDS, MDS, DDS
Dr. Anil Shetty received his Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 1990 and his Masters of Dental Surgery in Oral Pathology in 1995, from the University of Bombay, India and was in private practice and teaching since then till he moved to Canada in 2005.. In Canada, he completed the Internationally Trained Dentists’ program from the University of Western Ontario and received his DDS in 2007.
Dr. Shetty has been the recipient of several awards for academic and clinical excellence, throughout the span of his dental education both in India & Canada.
He is skilled in all dental procedures including root canal treatments and is often complimented on his gentle chairside manner.
Amala Shetty BDS, RDH
Amala Shetty received her Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Bombay, India in 1991and was in private dental practice till she moved to Canada.
Having always enjoyed preventative dentistry, she attained a Diploma in Dental Hygiene in 2008, and won the President’s award for academic and clinical excellence, professionalism and dedication to the profession.
She is a great patient educator and motivator and her patients always appreciate her gentle touch.
Amala and Anil are as passionate about their family as they are about dentistry. They share 2 children, a son and a daughter, and the family loves biking and playing board games together.
