"Dr. Khithani has been my family doctor for my entire life. He is knowledgeable in his work, respectable to myself and family and a very caring person. I am dealing with my first pregnancy and Dr. Khithani gave me great advice and excellent resources to help me thru it and always kept in touch during my time of need. Wait times are long at the office, however if you arrive right at opening 930am you can get in pretty quick."

"I have reviewed most of these comments and found that everyone complaining has the same issue about the wait times. This is common for any medical practice and will continue to be a part of any family practice. That is what you get with a public healthcare system that is overburdened and short-staffed. As a fellow medical professional, I have encountered this issue at many clinics and it will not change no matter who you see. Personally, I have had many good experiences with Dr. Khithani, though we may not see eye to eye on certain issues. I respect his decision-making capacity as a medical professional and understand that sometimes people in the field can be overwhelmed by the sheer volume of patients they have to see. I do not expect any physician I see to be in the “perfect mood”, smiling and cheerful, this is a stressful job and sometimes emotions can get in the way. If you want someone who is always on time and in the best mood and listens to all your problems (even when you think you have something you googled) please let me know I would love to meet this person. As far as GPs go Dr. Khithani is well qualified and I found him to be a good doctor. I do not expect much other than to have him see and address the issue I came in for."
"I don't see why waiting is such a big issue for people, like i'm 13 and i don't mind too much. Suck it up, and have patience lmao. But at the same time, i don't really think he's too helpful and his staff is annoying, except for this one receptionist. He doesn't like to be asked questions, probably because that would take up time, but what's the point in going to the doctors if he/she can't comfort you with facts on what's wrong with you?"
