Dr. Sakeenah Ameen, MD, CFPC is a general physician practising family medicine in the GTA for 8 years.
She graduated from Queen’s university and started her medical practise in Richmond Hill.
She has been working in the Mississauga area for the past 2 years and is very excited to start Family practise at Mississauga Wellness Medical Centre.
New patients will be accepted into Dr. Ameen’s practise initially.
Besides imparting general medical and walk-in care she will be doing well baby, prenatal and geriatric assessments as well.
She is fluent in English and speaks many other languages including Hindi, Urdu and Gujarati.
Dr. Ameen will focus on diagnosing and treating conditions of all ages while emphasizing preventative medicine and the overall health and wellness of her patients.
The clinic will have trained staff that will optimize the care of each patient.
Dr. Sakeenah understands there are many factors that affect health, including exercise, diet, environment and heredity.
She will try to provide the most comprehensive medical care possible in order to enhance the well-being of each patient.
