Dessert Trays (decadent crowd pleasers) $40 for 9”x13” tray 1. Malva Pudding - incredibly delicious sweet pudding of Cape Dutch cuisine of South African origin. It contains apricot jam and has a spongy caramelised texture. Needs to be served hot with custard and/or ice-cream (See last picture) 2. Tres Leches Cake - soft and ultra-moist cake soaked with a 3 milk mixture and topped with a lightly sweetened whipped cream.
