The Cold Lake PCN was formed in 2010 to help support the local physicians in delivering primary healthcare services.
We are a nurse practitioner based clinic that provides care to those who do not have a family doctor.
In May 2014 the Cold Lake PCN began running Cold Lake's very first walk-in clinics.
Our walk-in clinics are available to attached and unattached patients.
