Initial Oral Examination
Your initial visit to City Heart Dental will begin with a visual examination of your teeth and the soft tissue in your mouth. We will then take a closer look into the health of your mouth through charting, periodontal probing, and x-rays. The visit will conclude with an open discussion between you and the dentist about their findings from the exam and any questions or concerns you may have.
Dental Implants
If you have lost one or more teeth, or a removable appliance, we can perform an implant in the office to restore your smile.
Teeth Bleaching
Our state-of-the-art, in-office Power Bleaching system will brighten and whiten your teeth in less than 1.5 hours. We also offer a convenient 2-week, at home whitening system. For optimal long-term results, we suggest considering a combination program of both systems.
Crowns & Veneers
You can have a new smile with all-porcelain crowns (empressed material) on the anterior teeth. For the posterior teeth, we use zirconia crown / empress crowns.
Fillings: Resin
Tooth-colored fillings that are light cures to match your teeth. Amalgam: Silver-colored fillings.
Root Canals
Dr. Sanjay and Dr. Kiran Mathur are skilled and proficient in all manners of root canals, including repairs to root canals performed by other doctors. You are in very good hands at City Heart Dental.
Periodontal Treatment
To maintain your dental health, you should have a regular cleaning twice a year. Please let our staff know if it has been over a year since your last cleaning so that we can schedule you for a more in-depth cleaning and examination.
Mouth Guards
Mouth guards are important tools in maintaining the health and appearance of your smile. If you play sports, you should wear a mouth guard to protect your teeth. You may also want to consider a specialized mouth guard, called a bite guard, if you grind your teeth while you sleep. This guard will help to reduce symptoms of TMJ. For whatever purpose you may need a mouth guard, we can customize one for you in either soft or hard materials.
Removable Dental Prosthesis
For missing teeth, we can make dentures or removable partials to fit into your mouth.

The Doctors
Dr. Sanjay and Dr. Kiran Mathur have been serving communities in Toronto for over 10 years.
This husband-and-wife team are graduates of the University of Delhi, India; have passed the National Examination Board of Canada; and are active members of the Ontario Dental Association.
They both are associate members of International Association for Orthodontics.
Dr. Sanjay Mathur is also a member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry.
As they pride themselves on providing the very best and most advanced dental care available, Dr. Sanjay and Dr. Kiran Mathur continuously participate in intensive post-graduate studies with some of the world’s best dentists.
