Chera Law Office offers comprehensive services for clients in the Greater Toronto Area in accidents and personal injuries, residential and commercial real estate, wills and powers of attorney.
We believe that everyone deserves exceptional legal services at affordable prices, and that all clients are entitled to services that recognize their unique needs and priorities.
Our full-time Mississauga office, near Hurontario and Dundas in the heart of Cooksville, is accessible to clients with mobility issues. We represent clients throughout the GTA, including Oakville, Brampton, Milton and Etobicoke.
We can also meet with clients by appointment at our St. Thomas and Niagara Falls offices.
Multiple languages spoken in the office include English, Punjabi, Hindi, Urdu and Polish. Translation services available for all other languages.
Ravdeep Chera, our founding partner, has been practicing for many years, and was an associate at a prominent personal injury firm before opening Chera Law Office.
His dedication to the law, and to personal injury clients in particular, began in his youth, when his sister was involved in a serious motor vehicle accident.
He became a strong advocate for personal injury victims and others involved in the search for justice.
He has represented clients at the Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Court of Justice, Bankruptcy Court and the Financial Services Commission of Ontario.
Paljinder Mahaar worked at a litigation boutique law firm in Toronto as a personal injury lawyer prior to joining Chera Law Office.
He has represented clients before the Superior Court of Justice, Small Claims Court, Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal and the Financial Services Commission of Ontario.
