Our concrete pads are the strongest and most durable foundation, but only if the sub-basement installation is done properly. Toronto's harsh winters can bring freeze-thaw cycles that can put a lot of pressure on the structures of concrete. We use wire mesh and rebar to provide additional strength, and high-quality concrete to ensure a longer-lasting, durable product that can withstand the fluctuating weather with minimal damage. Our all-inclusive services include:

- Base Preparation: This includes excavation and soil removal, as well as a square and level gravel base.

- Reinforcement: We use 4"-6" appropriate reinforcement with wire mesh cage or rebar.

- Pour: We pour and finish concrete slabs with a 5"-6" broom finished concrete or plain concrete finish. We also offer concrete cuts.

The price of the service can vary depending on the location of the pad, any slope or grade requiring extra concrete, and wheelbarrow access to the pad location.
