Looking for a caregiver/PSW for a 74 year old Indian woman living in Barrhaven. It is a clean environment. Availability for evenings and weekends (morning sometimes) is required. Duties will include: 1. Providing company to her 2. Cooking and feeding (minimal assistance required). Cook Basic indian vegetarian dinner and evening tea. 3. Wash dishes from dinner and wipe the counter 4. Bathroom assistance 5. Recreation- music, cards, ludo, walk inside the apartment.
(Approx: $400-600 etransfer on an average, may be more based on your availability.)
Requirements: PSW, nursing student (other caregiving experience may be considered as well) Indian- hindi speaking (absolutely essential) Police check, CPR C, first aid and references. Driving would be preferred but non drivers can apply.
It is a perfect job for someone who is looking for some extra cash or students. There will be extra time on shift that can be used for reading or studies.
