We are dedicated to sourcing and working with the best ingredients to create our recipes, whether it is at one of our restaurants or retail products to take home.
We are 100% vegetarian and everything we do is done with pride, passion and love.
History
What began in 1986 as a humble sweet shop in Toronto’s Little India has grown to become a brand that is synonymous with quality, innovation and great customer service.
Our passion for authentic flavors constantly drives us towards innovating new recipes and environments; so naturally, over the years, Brar’s has gone through many changes:
1980’s – small sweet and snack shop
1990’s – Thali restaurant and wholesale of select products
2000’s – Buffet restaurant and producer and distributor of retail products
Today – casual-dine franchises and collaborations with national and international food & grocery brands such as WalMart and Loblaw’s group.
