Community Involvement
"Help Ever Hurt Never". My family and myself make it a goal to give back to the community in one way or another.
I have been an active member of the Easter Seals Ontario Organization. I donate regularly to the organization to help kids with disabilites succeed in their lives.
Also, I am involved with the South Asian Community in many different ways. I help organize events, fundraisers and celebrations.
Finally, my family and myself are heavily involved with the organization Free The Children. This year we worked with Boston Pizza and the Mayor of Richmond Hill to help build a school in India. We raised over $5000 in donations and still continue to raise more.
Personal Background
Originally from New Delhi, India, I immigrated to Canada in 1975. Independently I started a life of my own in this wonderful country.
I started off in an Indian Sweets Business (Nanking Sweets) which was very successful of the years. Eventuallly, I decided to switch gears to the Real Estate Business.
I have been living in York Region for more than 25 years with a large family. My family includes my wife, Madhu and my two children Kunal and Anchal.
Kunal is a Software Consultant and Anchal is an Elementary School Teacher. Recently, Anchal was also crowned Miss India Canada 2010 which was a great accomplishment for the family.
In addition to the immediate family, my mother lives in the same household. Talk about a large family!
Professional Background
After purchasing my first personal home, I felt a connection with the Real Estate profession.
I realized how important this step was for anyone and I wanted to help people to make that right decision in their lives.
I have been in the profession since 1986, making it my silver anniversary (25 years).
Aside from buying and selling Real Estate, I assist and advise my clients on mortgages, staging of the home, great home inspectors and lawyers.
I make it my duty to make sure my clients recieve the best customer service and that we build a great relationship and understanding.
Professional Interests
As they say, "Learning never ends". I make it my responsibility to be in tune with new information, recent issues or updates within the Real Estate community.
I enjoy attending Real Estate, Mortgage and Financial seminars to keep me in the game! I also like to spend my time reading or listening to motivational speakers.
In addition, I brainstorm with a professional group exchanging ideas and thoughts on how I can be a better Real Estate Representative.
