Mukesh Bhardwaj is the Principle lawyer at Bhardwaj Law Professional Corporation. Mukesh studied law at Maharishi Dayanand University in India and graduated with his B.A. (Hons) in 1989. Shortly after graduating he worked as a junior lawyer with the firm Dutt and Associates at the Delhi High Court where he was averaging 5-6 court cases daily. Mukesh immigrated to Canada in 1990 and continued his passion for the law. Mukesh graduated from Queen’s University and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1996. He established his first law office in 1996 in Toronto. Through word of mouth and faithful clientele Mukesh eventually expanded his office to Brampton and then to Vaughan.
Mukesh has argued multiple precedent setting cases in Family Law and Criminal Law.
In the past Mukesh has been the legal advisor for Indo-canada Chamber of Commerce and was on the Board of Directors for Rana (Canada). For the past 18 years Mukesh has been the legal advisor for the Miss. India-Canada Pageant. In his past time, Mukesh likes to play cricket, spend time with his family and cruise on his motorcycle.
