Bobby Bassi, CPA, CA, is one of the founding partners of BASSI & KARIMJEE LLP, Chartered Accountants. He has over 7 years of experience in public accounting and obtained his Chartered Accountant designation with KPMG LLP serving the financial services and real estate industry. Bobby has also completed the CICA's In-Depth Tax Course.
Bobby's clientele consists of small and medium-sized entrepreneurial companies and their owners, professionals, executives and their families. Bobby also provides CFO assistance to large privately held companies and to various public companies. Bobby has extensive experience in providing assurance and advisory services, comprehensive tax and financial planning for businesses and individuals. Bobby has also assisted clients with estate planning, reorganizations, mergers/acquisitions and debt/equity financing.
Bobby is married and lives in Brampton, Ontario. He enjoys playing tennis, soccer, watching HBO, and reading. Bobby is also involved in many community organizations for which he provides financial and other assistance.

Joozer Karimjee,CPA,CAÂ

Joozer Karimjee, CPA, CA, is one of the founding partners of BASSI & KARIMJEE LLP, Chartered Accountants. Joozer specializes in a full range of assurance and advisory services for privately held businesses, multinational companies, non-profit organizations and charities. He is experienced in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), US and Canadian GAAP. Joozer is a leader in providing accounting conversion from local GAAPs to IFRS and Private Enterprise GAAP. He has led training for more than 20 CFO's of publicly traded companies in Canada.
Joozer received his CPA, CA in 2008 and his FCCA (UK qualification) in 2000. He started his career in 1998 with PricewaterhouseCoopers where he was involved in providing complex and high-end accounting and advisory services to a wide range of clients. In 2007, he moved to HS & Partners LLP where in addition to accounting and advisory services he was involved in Tax Planning, Business Consulting, Business Valuation, Business Continuance, Forensic Audits and Transaction Services.
Joozer is married with two children and resides in Brampton, Ontario. He enjoys participating in community events, following English football, watching Bollywood movies and reading.
