Hello. I just wanted to let every babysitter here know about this lady who ran off with nearly $12,000 that she owes me. Her name is ashwathi Mohan and she has twin boys named dhruv and duksh. This may be all over the place so don’t mind please but the purpose of this is to make everyone aware of this lady.
This started mid may 2020, she asked me to babysit for her, I started babysitting which turned into something permanent. May-July everything was perfectly fine she was paying me on time working maybe 10-14 hours a day her boys would be with me from early morning to whenever she came home and occasionally staying over. Came July 13 she left her boys with me saying she has to go on a work trip because she’s opening up her business. (Which I don’t know if it’s true because she told the officer that’s dealing with my claim that she doesn’t have a business) anyways she left her kids with me for 78 days from July 13-sept 28 with very minimal contact. She barley asked about her children she barley made any payments to me, the only way I was able to get money out of her was to beg her telling her I have no money and that what am I gonna feed her children then she went and sent me 200$ and she wouldn’t answer my calls. She would constantly lie and tell me she’s having problems with her ex husband, he’s using her cards, she has no money etc etc. Anyways came end of aug it was getting really cold and she didn’t give me any of the children’s jackets or shoes and when I went to her home the boys didn’t have nothing. They turned 3 years old in December(mind you she lied to me about their age she told me they were turning 2) and they were wearing 6-18 month old baby clothes. RIDICULOUS. Anyways because she was so horrible and neglecting her children with the little money I had I went and bought them winter jackets new shoes warm clothes. Also I was buying their diapers and everything I didn’t know what to do since she wasn’t paying me and they were in my care. (Yes I called CAS 2 times and nothing was done) Anyways came September I said I’m not babysitting and she needs to take her children since she had only paid me around $4000 in total even tho by September she should have paid me around $16000 plus for all the clothes, diapers and ofc overnight stays plus food because they were basically living with me. (The reason the price is now 12000 as I wrote at the top is because the claim is settled for this price which she still hasn’t paid and now the claim has moved onto MOL since she didn’t make any payment) She came at the end of September and made a deal to pay me monthly in parts so she can afford to pay it all off. Around October 2020 she still hadn’t made any payments. I went to her home to talk to her because she said she was off work due to COVID. When I went to her home there was another babysitter there. I told her everything. Few weeks later the babysitter left because she said the mom is very bad and she doesn’t want to get mixed up in any trouble. This lady ashwathi lived very close to me so I drove by her home recently and she moved and still didn’t pay me the $20,000 she owes me. I have a claim going on but I just wanted to warn everyone about her and to be careful and not to get emotionally involved like me because she would come crying saying she doesn’t have money and I discounted the pricing so much for her every time but she still didn’t pay. Even the first officer that was dealing with my claim said that ashwathi Mohan is playing games and she will be giving the claim to a higher officer. She really has put me through a lot, I was going crazy because it was the little money I was making and I needed it so much, I went through so much mentally because of her I can’t only imagine what her kids go thru with her daily when she probably tosses them all over the place babysitter to babysitter which sucks cuz they’re amazing kids.. anyways I’ve posted her picture and IDs as well also she hasn’t changed her address legally either she lives at salamander street.. Please everyone be aware PLEASE.
