Getting Started
Ms. Sandhu has represented individuals from various social, cultural, and financial backgrounds.
Regardless of a client's background, the legal process may be overwhelming particularly in the family law realm.
An approach based upon candor and compassion makes the process and the law more accessible.
After the first meeting, Ms. Sandhu outlines a case strategy with each client exploring whether early resolution is possible or whether the nature of relations make an amicable and out of court resolution difficult.
Throughout a case, Ms. Sandhu is committed to resolving legal disputes in a cost effective and timely manner, tailored to the needs of clients.
Ms. Sandhu offers comprehensive full scope representation in court proceedings but also offers limited scope representation to provide advice and discuss litigation strategy with clients prior to proceeding with a hearing or communications.
Limited scope representation allows clients to represent themselves with the support from a lawyer thereby often limiting fees.
