Having grown up in New Delhi & trained at the prestigious 5-star. Maurya Sheraton Hotel, Gary developed his culinary senses and fine-tuned his talent for authentic Indian cuisine. With a passion for creating the ultimate dining experience, Gary and his wife Anu have now opened a restaurant of their own. The dynamic duo works effortlessly as a team. Anu brings light energy and warmth to the atmosphere, exhibiting her expertise in customer care, while skilled chef Gary shows people what 20 yrs in the industry tastes like. Having successfully operated fine dining restaurants in the US & being head chef at one of Vancouver's most popular Indian restaurants, Gary has the right expertise to create this fine dining.
