AHK Group was established in 1971 with the primary goals to create truly customer- focused experience and very much interested to learn new strategies about the construction according to the demand of people which surely results with best picture of your imagination.
After working in Vancouver on several condominiums, towers, units; Mr. Palwinder Singh Verraich took big step and decided to settle in Edmonton, Alberta where he started his own business, here the actual journey begins.
They started with the gas station and then added up with residential land development.
By the end of 1986, They gain solid reputation as home builders after building over 300 homes in Edmonton. In 1986, They decided to serve economic heartland of Canada, and built 200 homes in London, ON.
Across the border in Buffalo, 327 acre residential development and many more cities like Windsor, Hamilton, Tilsonburg and Woodstock are served by us.
Diversification:
After the construction of 1200 homes in Ontario region, major decision is taken to make big change and not only limited to residential projects.
Then, this company enhanced projects by including religious building, commercial condominiums, townhouse, industrial sites, medical arts, offices, and renovations of buildings.
The major commercial projects which done by us are as follows:
From 1998-99, We built Windsor Gurdwara and in same year they started the project to build Gurdwara Sahib in Hamilton and in four years, company not only completed that project but also built 45 homes in Hamilton which shows the dedication of contractors, workers and designers towards their work.
Not to stop here, next year (2003) they managed to built custom homes in Brampton, Mississauga.
By the end of 2005, Golden groceries commercial plaza is also built by talented team of workers.
In 2008, AHK makes an image in reputed commercial builders as they built Airport Business Complex.
In time period from 2012- 2016, AHK built gas stations in many parts like Welland, Vaughan and Markham, custom homes in Ottawa, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan and also constructed commercial cum office plaza in Brampton.
In 2016, they started making homes at crystal beach, Fort Erie. Through the practice of the above details, we feel our clients will benefit in choosing our company to build their next new condo, house or townhome.
