The building where Sidhu and Associates is situated has been a notary office for over 35+ years. Previously, the company was owned by Shirley Miller Notary Public. Terry Sidhu took over the practice during the summer of 2005.
Terry Sidhu has been a successful entrepreneur in Abbotsford for over 20 years. He began his career working independently as a realtor for Century 21 Ace Agencies in Abbotsford, B.C. He then went on to take the Real Estate Agent’s Nominee Agent licensing course and worked as a mortgage lending manager at Canada Trust.
Having been both a Realtor and a Mortgage specialist, Terry fully understands what it takes for one to buy and sell property.
Sidhu and Associates prides itself on service and realizes that in many cases, real estate and business deals must be acted upon in a quick and efficient manner.
They try to accommodate clients to the best of their ability and want to ensure that their service is both reliable and accurate.
Real Estate Conveyancing is the mainstay of Sidhu and Associates, though consulting in the estate planning, powers of attorney and notarizations are also important services offered.
Refinancing for those looking to take some of the equity out of their homes is another area where Sidhu and Associates is helping clients.
