Job Duties: * Bake mixed dough and batters, Prepare special orders, Draw up production schedules, Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards, Inspect kitchen and food service areas, Operate machinery To prepare all types of Indian Sweets like Burfi, Rasgulla, Gulab Jaman, Jalebi, Amriti, Laddu, Gajrella, Rasmalai, Patisa, Chum Chum, Badana, Shaina Murgi, Petha, Shakar Pare, Kalakand etc. to be used daily in dinner and Buffet. Prepare in Bulk all sweets at the time of Indian Festivals. While on duty keep the cooking area clean to make sure that the health and food safety standard are met EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High school or equivalent REQUIRED EXPERIENCE : Culinary Experience of minimum 3 to 4 years for Indian sweet making Category .
