CONSTRUCTION LAW:
If you have supplied labor or materials to a property and have not been paid, you can register a lien against the property within 45 days of your last day of work. We assist lien claimants and defend against liens.
CRIMINAL LAW:
In Ontario, if you die without a Will, the law will determine who will receive your property. The estate may not be administered by the person you choose, the assets may not go to those you wish to benefit and there may be conflicts regarding matters you did not provide for.
A Will and estate plan will provide for the efficient administration of your affairs in accordance with your wishes and personal family situation. It will provide for dependents, defer payment of monies for children and determine how and when assets are to be passed to them.
A professionally prepared will and well-considered estate plan can save thousands of dollars in probate fees, taxes, legal fees and other costs.
FAMILY LAW:

When a business' entire assets are sold, certain declarations must be made and registrations effected to protect the purchaser from the vendor's creditors. We represent clients in the purchase and sale of businesses.
REAL ESTATE:
