Sterling Immigration Ltd was founded in Vancouver, Canada in 2012. In 2013, Sterling Immigration expanded to the United Kingdom, opening offices in Birmingham and London.
Sterling Immigration is one of a select number of firms worldwide who are licensed to practice both Canadian and British immigration law. This places us in a unique position to advocate on behalf of individuals and businesses who are contemplating relocating to either country.
The legal team at Sterling Immigration have several years’ experience of business and corporate immigration in global law firms in London, Vancouver and Toronto as well as working in government departments in the United Kingdom and Canada.
Our specialisms include Canadian business and investor immigration applications, family sponsorship, labour market impact assessments, provincial nominations and skilled worker applications through the Express Entry system.
The company have gained a reputation for providing thoughtful and innovative immigration solutions as well as advocating forcefully on behalf of clients before the immigration authorities.

Harjit Grewal, Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (ICCRC License R507916)
Harjit Grewal was born and educated in the United Kingdom where he obtained his LLB (Bachelor of Law) and LLM (Master of Law).
He practised British immigration law for five years with the respected Immigration Advisory Service as a member of the Law Society of England & Wales and the Office for the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC).
After moving to Canada he qualified to practice Canadian immigration law and secured the ICCRC designation (Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant).

For over a decade, Nitin has been helping entrepreneurs and management teams from Canada, UK and India by advising them on business planning, raising capital, financial management, business development strategies and the day to day management of their ventures.
Nitin has a proven track record of offering solutions to start-ups and small-medium size businesses in a variety of sectors with seven figure revenues. Nitin enjoys working with entrepreneurs and management teams, by acting as a part of their team and taking their business to the next level.
Nitin also specialises in drafting persuasive business plans for Canada’s various provincial nomination programs.

Sam is a serial entrepreneur based in Los Angeles, USA.
A skilled communicator and persuasive writer, Sam leads the corporate division of Sterling Immigration. Sam understands the staffing requirements of Canadian employers and devises appropriate strategies to hire or train Canadian workers prior to utilising work permit categories such as NAFTA, short-term LMIA-exempt work permits or LMIA-validated work permits as a last resort.
Sam is a graduate of the prestigious Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. He is fluent in English and Farsi with a working knowledge of Korean and Mandarin.
