Hello Edmonton, I am selling home made East Indian Dosa batter for $10.00 - from a smoke free home - we don't use a food processor - only a stone grinder and therefore the batter is soft an fluffy. I and my family genuinely believe in the benefits of this as it has benefited us personally and we would love to share this with others who need it. The pictures shown in this post are for illustration purpose only and the actual product may vary.
Pick up in South Terwilleger and delivery is possible for a wee bit more for gas. For those who do not know this is an East Indian pancake batter also called dosa. It is a cooked flat thin layered rice batter, originating from the South India, made from a fermented batter. It is somewhat similar to a crepe in appearance. Its main ingredients are rice and black gram ground together in a fine, smooth batter with a dash of salt. Dosa is actually a fermented pancake, which is very easy to digest. Also the batter that I grind is stone ground and over a prior or two hours so it is very smooth and aerated. It comes in a yoghurt container good for 13 plus dosas and weighs around 800 grams PM me for quick response
