Yoga teacher from Ottawa originally from NB. I have been teaching since 2012 and I can teach many styles, Hatha from gentle to power, Yin, Restorative, Kundalini, yoga nidra and guided meditation. Before I got into yoga I was a hardcore weight lifter and I bring lots of knowledge of the body through injuries which I have incurred through work and play and how to help heal yourself. I had tendonitis in my shoulder, nerve damage in my hands and other things which left me in chronic pain for many years. Yoga and meditation when done consistently have brought me to a place of being relatively pain free most of the time. I work well with Seniors, those with chronic diseases and chronic pain. Yoga can be beneficial for almost any condition. Virtual classes or in person whenever that's possible. My rates vary, depending on the type of class, distance I have to travel and if you want to book longer term.
