Looking for an invoice clerk to make invoices for my trucking company. Must be able to speak Punjabi, and English Job will consist of working in the accounting department, mostly on billing processes. You will have to issue invoices, and credit memos, update customer records, and send out monthly billing statements. You’ll also be incharge of preparing documents, and track expenses. Must be experienced in either of the following: Excel, Quickbooks, Google Sheets, any other spreadsheet software works too. Will also be in charge of occasionally scanning paperwork and sending out emails. It’s a parting job and you will only be working twice a month, or one day every two weeks (bi-weekly).
