We predominantly provide services in the fields of Family Class Sponsorship (Spouse, Parents, Grandparents, Dependent Child(ren), Orphan Child(ren), Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) & Appeal Hearings (Spousal, Parental & Grandparental refusals), Humanitarian and Compassionate (H&C) Applications, Admissibility Hearings, Admissibility Appeals, Residency Obligation Appeals, Interview Preparations, Visitor Visa Applications, Super Visa Applications, Extension of Status (Multiple Entry, Visitor Visa, Super Visa, Study Permit, Work Permit), Permanent Resident Card Matters (Application, Verification of Status, Questionnaire), Canadian Citizenship (Application, Questionnaire, Search letter). We also provide auxiliary services e.g. Statutory Declarations, Affidavits, Travel Permission Letters, Passport Applications, Visa Applications, and Name Change Applications etc.
We do provide services with respect to Federal Skilled Worker (FSW), Federal Skilled Trades (FST) persons, and Canadian Experience Class (CEC).
From January 1, 2015, FSW, FST and CEC applications are being processed through the Express Entry selection system for immigration to Canada.

The founder director of the company is Rajpal Singh Hothi, who is a member in good standing with the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC) and Law Society of Upper Canada (LSUC) as a P1 Licensee.
Being a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), he is authorized to consult, advise, and represent the clients in respect of a proceeding or application before the Minister responsible for the administration of Immigration & Refugee Protection Act (IRPA), a Visa Officer, or the Immigration and Refugee Board for the purposes of Immigration and Citizenship matters.
He has held a position as Events Chair for Ontario chapter of Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC) for organizing educational seminars and conferences.
He is dedicated in ensuring that his clients get the expertise related to their immigration matters.
