The first consultation is a thorough exploration of your physical and emotional make up or constitution.
We talk about your symptoms, when they started and whether you noticed any specific patterns about them.
We explore various aspects of your emotional and physical make-up, your life style, your medical history and your family’s health.
An examination of your medical records and investigations (if provided by you) and a physical examination and further recommendations for any medical investigations.
After an individualized evaluation, your customized constitutional remedy is determined.
Homeopathic First Follow-up Consultation: 60 to 90 minutes
Booked 2-4 weeks after the first consultation, this follow-up monitors your reaction to the treatment, your progress and the future course of therapy.
Homeopathic Follow-up Consultation 15 min, 30 min, 45 min
“Tune-ups” are required from time to time, depending on each unique case. This consultation functions to review your individual case, asses your condition and determine future treatment.

Dr. Aziz Merchant is an MD Homeopathic physician, who completed his 8 ½ years of medical education & residency from Bombay, India.
While in Bombay, he had the privilege of working with some of the best Homeopaths in India and has gained intensive clinical experience in treating chronic, debilitating illnesses as well as acute diseases.
He also lectured at his postgraduate research institute for 3 years, teaching Anatomy, Physiology, Pathology, Medicine, Immunology, Genetics & Embryology and Homeopathic Materia Medica.
He brings to the Canadian Homeopathic scene a fresh perspective that emphasizes on the genetic constitutional make up of the patients and lays importance to embryology and genetics in studying the disease pattern of each case, since no two diseased individuals have similar symptoms and etiologies, which enables him to give consistent results in even serious pathological cases.
Dr. Merchant has been practicing since 2005 in India and has patients across the Indian subcontinent, the Gulf countries and North America.
He has been in practice in the Edmonton area since 2010 and is also on the Advisory Committee of Grant MacEwan Universtiy for their Holistic Health Practitioner course and frequently lectures at Grant MacEwan University
