I provide meal plans, resistance training, HIIT workouts, lower body training (glut camps). You won't need a gym membership! And You won't need to work out seven days a week. High-intensity, fast interval training provides the best results for weight loss. I provide Training in my apartment with all the right equipment to gain muscle or lose weight or if you need a lean muscle program? I've worked in many of the top gyms, including GoodLife and YMCA.
