Learn the art of Yoga - the traditional ancient Indian classical wisdom from Dev an experienced Yoga Instructor. In this time of pandemic - Covid-19, which is a time of stress and tension; we need more immunity and resistance power for our body and mind. To achieve this goals, learn and practice Yoga and it will be a time to relaxation and it helps to get rid of stress. Dev is teaching yoga online. A new session is starting on May 14th through Zoom. Class will be two days a week on Mondays and Thursdays 05:00 - 06:30 pm. You do not need any experience in yoga to join this class.
