Zaid earned his undergraduate degree from Carleton University in 2006 in Business and Accounting. A year later, in 2007, he graduated as one of the top students from the Master of Accountancy and Taxation program at Brock University. In 2008, Zaid was recruited by one of Canada's most prestigious accounting firms, Deloitte & Touche, LLP. In 2010, Zaid joined DNTW Chartered Accountants and earned his CA designation the following year. Zaid has extensive experience in the public accounting field including the audit of public and private companies and the planning and compliance of complex corporate and personal tax matters.

Rami Jurdi, CPA, CA, CBVDirector
Rami has managed and supported business development initiatives including financing, deal structuring and asset valuations for acquisitions as well as corporate restructuring. Rami also has considerable experience in complex accounting, having worked with several high profile clients involved in the transition to IFRS. Rami is a graduate from the Sprott School of Business at Carleton University. He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario as well as the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators.
