The Mughal Emperor gave an invitation to Kings, Viziers, companions and close relatives.
The feast, mainly Tandoori cuisine (Mughlai dishes), was prepared by the best chefs in his empire and reserved by rather beautiful “Daasis”.Our food is marinated with Dawett’s special blends of species and other herbal ingredients, and prepared in a Tandoor, a special clay oven.
In a Tandoor, each dish is cooked over fires of charcoal.
Our Indian breads are freshly baked on the hot surface of the Tandoor.
