Services
Residential
Each one of our custom homes is created in close collaboration with our clients to reflect their individual needs, desires and tastes and is built using the highest quality construction methods and materials. We begin by informally sitting down with our clients, often around their kitchen table for coffee and conversation, so we can get to know them better. Together, we determine their wish list for their custom home, and their plans for the future. Based on what we learn at this initial meeting, we will create an initial sketch plan and then review it with our client. The feedback clients provide to us at this review meeting assists us in developing a general concept and setting a budget. This information, including the client’s wish list, will be provided to our architect to continue the process of creating their custom home. We offer a complete turn-key service for our clients, making the construction process as stress-free as possible for them. We, along with our seasoned trades people, handle all aspects of the process, from initial demolition through to move-in. And along the way, our professionals are prepared to make any changes to suit customer requests.  We have a professional commitment to the quality of our work and are a proud member of the Tarion new home warranty program that provides comprehensive protection for Ontario new home buyers. 
Project Management
In addition to a full general contracting service, we provide a complete construction management service. For our client’s convenience and comfort and based on our strong business and construction experience our PM team provides the following services:

Based on their luxury custom home experience and the market trend Savan has successfully developed an intimate collection of eight ultra-luxurious rear lane Town Homes residences located on Bayview Avenue just north of Highway 401. This project is nestled amidst tall stands of century old spruce and pine trees and offers the timeless beauty of traditional exterior and meticulously planned luxury interior spaces. ICI
We have worked on a diverse range of ICI projects, from Institutional to Commercial buildings, constructing new buildings and renovating existing structures. We provide a complete General Contracting as well as Project Management services. Our company’s portfolio includes extensive work at the York University of Toronto’s Student Centre, Including the renovation all offices, the food court, several restaurants and the radio station and the Jewish and Catholic centres. We have carried out a major renovation at St. Mary Magdalene Church in Toronto and restoration and upgrading of several Defence Canada buildings.  Under project management contracts, we have built Fire Station No. 34 in King City and a new GO Transit Station in Scarborough.
Green Project 
At Savan, we are passionate about energy efficient and sustainable building .Our company was among the first builders in Canada to register for the Energy Star program. Savan can provide its clients with a complete Energy Star or green program that includes integrated design, construction material selection, landscaping considerations and renewable energy options such as solar, geothermal and others. We are pleased to offer our clients a comprehensive range of energy efficient and environmentally responsible solutions. We are a proud member of the Energy Star program and strongly advocate sustainable living through renewable sources of energy, such as solar and geothermal. New technologies and mass production of equipment has made use of these energy options economically viable and we feel it is our responsibility to bridge the gap between environmentally responsible living and our clients’ economic considerations. For this reason, in our first meeting with our customers, we review different aspects of eco-friendly, energy efficient choices and incorporate them in our design or plan for their future implementation.  We can provide a complete Energy Star or green program that includes integrated design, construction material selection, landscaping considerations and renewable energy options such as solar, etc.
