The two partners are professionals in the area with several years of rich experience in establishments of high repute. Sudheer Moola holds a Diploma in Hotel Management.
He has 18 years’ experience in managing catering businesses in Hotels, restaurants and catering companies such as Fairmont Banff Springs, Thackers Hospitality services, Clay Oven restaurant, Premier Cruise Lines.
Sudheer enjoys an excellent reputation within the industry. He was last positioned as Sous Chef at The Fairmont Banff Spring Hotel, Banff.
Ankur Goklaney has 12 years of Hotel experience and holds a degree in Hotel Management and Catering Technology from a premier institution in India.
He has also successfully completed a one year Post Graduation program in Hospitality and Tourism from Niagara College.
He subsequently worked in Fairmont Banff Springs, Rimrock Resort Hotel, Fairmont Palliser, Marriott Hotel, and Hyatt Hotel as Banquet Chef, Sr. chef de partie, Chef de partie, and Food & Catering Consultant.
He enjoys an excellent standing in the hospitality industry.
He is also a Certified Red Seal Cook, Certified Health & Safety Auditor for Alberta Hotel & Safety Association.
Ankur has also been nominated for Chef’s White Hat Award. He was last positioned as Banquet Sous Chef in Fairmont Palliser Hotel, Calgary.
