Professional Experience
Ranjit Singh is a full time Realtor who has worked in the Banking and Real Estate field in the GTA for over 15 years.
He obtained a Ph.D in biological sciences, and later switched to Real Estate because of his passion for the industry.
Ranjit previously worked at the Royal Bank of Canada as a Mortgage Specialist for a few years, before joining Real Estate.
As a Realtor, Ranjit leverages his knowledge of the mortgage business when guiding clients for their financing needs.
He joined Royal LePage, one of Canada’s largest and oldest companies, in 2006.
Under the Royal LePage banner, Ranjit works with Royal LePage Flower City Realty Inc., located in Mississauga and Brampton. He has been the recipient of many awards during his time at Royal LePage Executive Realty Services, including, Top Producer, the Platinum Award, and the Diamond Award.
Ranjit’s performance was also recognized by Royal LePage with the President Gold Award and Sales Achievement Award.
Over the course of his service, he has served hundreds of satisfied clients of all ethnic groups in Real Estate and Mortgages.
Ranjit specializes in Residential, Investment and Commercial properties. He takes great care in ensuring that his clients buy their dream house at the best possible market price.
He also has the skill set to stage and present houses for sale in their best light.
Ranjit uses his excellent negotiation skills to get his clients the best price for their property. Apart from English, Ranjit is fluent in Punjabi, Hindi and Urdu.
