Hi everyone! My name is Kali, the founder of Warrior Goddess Training. I am a personal trainer located in Toronto (Etobicoke). My mission is to help women cultivate a WARRIOR MINDSET through fitness. What is a Warrior Mindset? It is being courageous and resilient even when you’re scared or feel like giving up. Knowing that you are in control of your life, knowing the ‘why’ behind your ‘what’. When you put in the work to achieve your dream BODY, you realize that you are capable of putting in the work to achieve your dream LIFE. I am here to help you TAKE ACTION, and guide you throughout your journey, so you are always taking the best and most optimal course of action to achieving your fitness goals. I offer one on one sessions, customized workout plans, and meal plans. We will be training in the comfort of my private home gym that has all the equipment you’ll need.
