A different kind of therapy?

I’m Trevor from Daydreams. I am offering my services as a Neo-Shaman in my studio near downtown London. I have a lot of experience in holding space for and guiding ceremonies involving Energy, sound and vibrational healing.. Breathwork and meditation. In the past I have only worked by referral, but I would like to extend the invitation to those who feel called to this and would like to try something different from the mainstream. An overview of a typical session (it is about 3-4 hours in total. I also offer one that is 1.5 hr) We will start with your intention. What is on your mind? What are you working through? Is there something you’d like to let go of? Move past? Get a different perspective on? What’s sticking you? You will experience a Sound Healing, Biofield tuning and chakra balancing session. Lay back.. Hear the sounds.. Feel the vibes.. I will then guide you through a breathwork session. The breath is extremely powerful. In through the nose, out through the mouth. I will also incorporate a Tibetan singing bowl and meditation bells. After breathwork, we will then do a body awareness scan/meditation, paying very close attention to the sensations that you are feeling in your body. The cost for this session is $200.
