Farah Aghajani came to Canada in 1988 with a hairstyling background and in 1989 she opened her first salon at Yonge and Sheppard. Her second salon opened in 1991 on Yonge st.
In 1994, Farah was inspired to create the International Academy of Hair Design.
The academy offers an educational plan which guides the students to the top, through a comprehensive and systematic approach. In 1995, she presented her own professional line of make-up, hair products, skincare and perfumes.
In 2001, Farah Salon & Spa and International Academy of Hair Design (second branch) came together to provide new trends in hair and beauty, based on the philosophy of international experience.
