Products & Services
When working on your roof, we will strip the existing shingles, as well as clean up and haul away debris. We also supply and install:
- Drip edge flashing at eaves
- 36" or 72" (ice and water shield) weather watch leak barrier at eaves
- Weather blocker starter strips at eaves and gable ends
- 24" pre-painted valley flashing with a 36" ice and water shield underlay
- Plumbers stack flanges replaced with new
- Chimney flashings replaced with new or resealed
- Roof vents replaced with metal top quality vents (added or removed)
- Bathroom vents (replaced with new, added or resealed)
- Kitchen exhaust vents (resealed, replaced or added)
- Turbine vents or power vents (resealed, replaced or added)
- Ridge vents (added or replaced)
- Wall flashing (resealed, replaced or added)
- Skylights (resealed or replaced)
- Seal-A-Ridge® capping included
- Timbertex ® ridge capping upgrade add $
We also offer a weather stopper system plus warranty (50 year non-prorated), which is included with the purchase of GAF Timberline® Lifetime shingles.
Optional underlayment upgrades include:
- RhinoRoof (synthetic)
- Shingle-Mate® (fiberglass)
- Deck Armor™ (premium) breathable
Please note, any roof deck repairs required (such as badly warped or deteriorated sheathing) will be replaced at our installer's discretion.
About
Oscar Desrochers started roofing in 1957 and founded Desi’s Roofing in 1975. Richard Desrochers, Oscar’s eldest son, joined the family business at the age of 18 giving him over 40 years of experience today.
Richard has experience working with flat roofs, cedar shakes and a diverse series of shingles.
He worked at our Burlington location for over 10 years as a sales manager before heading to the new branch, Desi’s Roofing West Inc.
