What did I do before I started my practice?
Commenced my career as a management trainee in the accounting department of a multi divisional manufacturing company, Guest, Keen, Williams, based in Calcutta, India, a subsidiary of UK based corporation, Guest, Keen, Nettlefolds.
After the great start and foundation an opportunity arrived to work with fellow Canadians in an iron ore project in Southern India spearheaded by Metchem Canada Inc. responsible for the design, construction, installation and start up of all facets of this time bound project. This was a four year assignment.
While working with Brampton, Canada based Osborn Tools, a tool and die manufacturing company, I was summoned by Metchem Canada Inc. to join them for another overseas iron ore project in Liberia, West Africa. Another very interesting assignment to gain international experience. This was a two year assignment.
Back to Canada. Worked with AHA Automotive as Manager Accounting and Jensen Fittings as Controller from 1984 to 1990. Former in the manufacturing of limousines and the latter stainless steel pipes and fittings primarily for the brewery industry.
I take special pride in my leadership, organizational and consensus building abilities.
